Human trafficking a global crime
- Interpol estimates that trafficking of children and young women is the third largest international criminal activity, behind narcotics and weapons. The trade has grown into a 12 billion dollar a year  industry

About Holly:
'Holly' is a film about a 12 year old Vietnamese girl sold into prostitution in Cambodia. It is based on the true stories of abducted children and their fight for freedom.  It was shot on location in Cambodia, including many scenes in actual brothels in the notorious red light district of Phnom Penh.

Holly was produced by Priority Films, and Soda Pictures are the UK Distributors.

Guy Jacobson is an award-winning filmmaker and global human rights activist.  As a former attorney and investment banker, he now serves as President of Priority Films a boutique film production and distribution company.  In 2002 after an eye-opening sabbatical, Jacobson founded the RedLight Children Campaign, an NGO aimed at ending all forms of child sexploitation.  Utilising his background in law and economics, the RedLight Children Campaign works to eliminate the demand for child sexploitation, focusing on legislation, enforcement, and the rule of law. Over the past twenty years Jacobson has produced several television programmes, written and published 15 books, and authored numerous newspaper and magazine articles.  In addition to the highly acclaimed Holly, (his seventh screenplay), Jacobson has produced two documentaries on the issue of child sexploitation, currently in post-production.  Jacobson is also an active board member of the Somaly Mam Foundation and for his tireless efforts in the fight against child sex trafficking, Jacobson was honoured with the U.S. State Department's prestigious Global Hero Award in 2008.  He currently lives and works in New York City.

Christine Beddoe is the Director of ECPAT UK, the UK representative of the international ECPAT network (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking). Christine has been campaigning against the sexual exploitation of children for over 15 years. She has worked around the world, including many years in Asia, providing child protection training and policy advice to governments, the private sector and NGOs. In the UK, Christine participates on the ACPO National Strategy group on Travelling Sex Offenders. Christine is an advisor on the protection of children from exploitation in tourism to the UN World Tourism Organisation and to the European Economic and Social Council. 

Parosha Chandran is an award-winning human rights barrister whose work has led to several advances in the law governing victims of human trafficking. Parosha practices from 1 Pump Court Chambers in London and has won both the Law Society's Barrister of the Year Award (2008) and the Society of Asian Lawyers' Pro Bono/Human Rights Lawyer of the Year Award (2009). She regularly lectures on human rights law and provides legal training to a diverse range of groups. She also works closely with a number of organisations including the POPPY Project, Anti-Slavery International, the AIRE Centre, ECPAT (UK), Kalayaan and the Helen Bamber Foundation. Parosha has acted in numerous cases involving victims of human trafficking for forced labour and sexual exploitation and, from 2004 to date, has achieved asylum status for the majority of women on the POPPY Project.

Terry Tennens is the UK Director of International Justice Mission (IJM). IJM is a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. IJM has 15 field offices located in Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia and Latin America where IJM lawyers, investigators and aftercare professionals work with local governments to ensure victim rescue, to prosecute perpetrators and to strengthen the community and civic factors that promote functioning public justice systems. IJM UK was established in 2006 to educate, empower and engage UK citizens in the pursuit of justice for the violently oppressed.  Terry Tennens leads the work in the UK with government officials, legal professionals, and business and spiritual leaders to advance the cause of the oppressed.  Prior to joining IJM UK, Terry worked as CEO of the Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors and Director of Building Bridges of Hope.  He holds a Master of Theology and Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
