About the Program
LexisNexis Aspire is a one-year, full-time program designed for recent graduates of an Undergraduate program focused in disciplines that include Software Engineering, Data Science, and Computer Science. This program is located out of our Global Technology Center in Raleigh, NC. Most teams have the flexibility to operate on a hybrid model.
From the start, you will make a vital contribution to our team as you work with technology colleagues to help build and implement innovative products. Throughout this one-year program, Aspire tech program employees will participate in a combination of technical and soft-skills trainings to enhance personal development and launch their careers.
After successful completion of the Aspire program, you will be evaluated for promotion in addition to continuing your current employment with your team. The additional development opportunities will be continuously supported on an ad-hoc basis as always.

Required Skills
• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science
• Basic knowledge of applicable development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net.
