Samantha is an associate within the Middle East dispute resolution and international arbitration team. She has built up a wealth of experience in resolving disputes in both an advisory and formal dispute resolution setting, and regularly represents clients in complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes.

Samantha has considerable experience in resolving construction and engineering disputes. She has acted for a client base comprising contractors, sub-contractors, developers, engineering companies, government bodies, and consultants in relation to both standard term and bespoke construction contracts.

She has also acted in both international and domestic arbitrations in relation to a variety of construction projects, including major government and transport infrastructure, mixed-use residential and commercial developments, major landmarks, museums and universities. Having practiced in the Middle East since 2015, Samantha is familiar with the substantive laws and legal procedures in relation to a number of jurisdictions, court systems and arbitral institutions, including the LCIA, ICC, DIFC-LCIA and DIAC.
