Clare Williams

Clare is a solicitor specialising in family law with particular interests in pensions on divorce, family procedure and the interface between trusts and family law. Clare trained at Stephensons Solicitors and qualified into the family department at Pannone in 2008. She moved to JMW, Manchester in 2011 and became a knowledge lawyer there in 2015. Clare joined LexisNexis in May 2022, having previously written for Family Law journal, New Law Journal, Atkin’s Court Forms and LexisPSL Family.
