Susann Altkemper

Susann Altkemper is Of Counsel in the financial services and regulatory practice at CMS. She focuses on UK and EU financial services law and regulation, advising clients on non-contentious matters including regulatory change projects such as MiFID II, authorisations, passporting and cross-border issues, client money and asset rules, financial promotions, product design and product governance, outsourcing matters, CREST settlement and FinTech. Susann has acted for a number of FinTech clients and start-ups, advising on the regulatory aspects of crypto currencies, blockchain-based products and initial coin offerings. Susann's clients include investment banks, asset managers, settlement houses and FinTech companies.
