Isaac Bedi
Isaac is a solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Team, specialising in Technology and Data. He has experience in advising on a range of legal issues, from IT and data protection to intellectual property and licensing arrangements. Isaac has also previously worked in Dubai, assisting a major law firm on a number of construction disputes, as well as in the in-house legal team at one of London’s largest insurers.
Relevant experience:
· Isaac has advised on a number of technology matters across a range of sectors, including recently advising on the software licensing arrangements for a major nuclear energy provider and a leading onshore renewable energy provider. He has also assisted with negotiating subsidy agreements for the research and development of low cost nuclear technology.
· Isaac has advised a number of private and public sector clients on major IT outsourcing arrangements and intra-group reorganisations.
Isaac also has experience in advising on Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV), including contributing to the BSI’s recent White Paper regarding the legal framework applicable to operators within the CAV industry.
