Margaret Craton

Margaret is a commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising on commercial matters. She worked in private practice at asb Law, Stevens and Bolton, and as a legal consultant, before joining the LexisPSL Commercial team in 2017. Margaret was a partner at asb Law for 12 years and during that time headed up the Commercial Department and led the Technology Team and Charities Team. Her experience covers general commercial matters, collaboration and joint ventures, IT, IP, outsourcing and public procurement. Margaret is Head of the LexisPSL Commercial team.
