Nez, a Senior Associate at Trowers & Hamlins, trained and qualified into the Real Estate team of the firm in April 2017. Since then, he has advised on grant funding programmes for the delivery of housing and infrastructure across England including for the Greater London Authority. Nez has also advised on large scale developments, joint venture arrangements and regeneration schemes both with private sector and public sector bodies.
