Christine is a partner in the Construction and Engineering team and specialises in construction law in the context of large scale infrastructure projects, as well as energy sector projects. Christine has recently advised on engineering and construction contracts for several city redevelopment sites, infrastructure transport projects, renewables and power projects as well as building contracts for commercial development and public sector entities.

As well as strong sector experience, Christine has detailed knowledge of all forms of construction documentation including framework agreements, construction contracts, sub-contracts, service and maintenance agreements, appointments, warranties, guarantees, bonds, retentions and other credit enhancement documents. She regularly writes articles and provides training most recently focusing on NEC4.

Christine has specialised in construction law for 20 years. Christine has a Master’s degree in construction law and is a ranked lawyer in Chambers. She is described as “responsive, technically aware and commercial”, “absolutely excellent” and "extremely knowledgeable and helpful", and in Legal 500 is described as providing a “high quality service” and individually ranked as a next generation lawyer in three separate categories of Construction, Projects and Energy.
