Laura Dadswell, Partner

Laura joined Penningtons in 2002 and became a partner in 2006. She advises UK and non-UK domiciled individuals on tax and trust planning, with particular emphasis on capital tax mitigation and succession planning for owners of businesses. She also focuses on developing strategies for families whose affairs involve several jurisdictions (particularly the US). Laura presents seminars on a range of trust and tax related issues and is a co-editor of Butterworths Wills, Probate and Administration Service. She is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.

Laura has been recognised in the 'Leading lawyers' section in Citywealth magazine's guide to the most highly regarded figures in private wealth management.
