In project development and financing, Harun provides legal counsel to PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara, assisting with satellite procurement, development, and financing, including Indonesia's first high-throughput satellite, the Nusantara Satu Satellite. He has also worked on high-profile mandates involving national strategic infrastructure projects in the railway industry. This includes advising PT MRT Jakarta on governance, construction, and operation matters for Indonesia's first mass rapid transport/metro railway line, as well as advising PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China on governance, construction, and financing aspects of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway.
