Donal Keane

Donal is a partner in Dentons' market-leading Aviation Finance team, and is qualified (and practices) both as an Irish and English solicitor. He is experienced in a broad range of aviation-related matters, including finance and operating leasing, portfolio sales and purchases, securitizations, and secured and unsecured debt and equity financing for fixed-wing, helicopter and engine assets. In addition to his private practice experience, he has completed secondments with a major lessor and separately with an asset arranger and manager.

Due to this experience, Donal has been recognized as a Rising Star in Aviation by Airfinance Journal. He has also advised both sponsors and lenders in shipping and offshore infrastructure transactions. Donal trained with Matheson in Dublin and joined Dentons from Allen & Overy in London.
