Michelle joined Dublin’s financial regulation team in 2023, having moved to Dublin from New Zealand where she has several years’ experience working for a leading New Zealand law firm.
Michelle’s key areas of expertise include: the full spectrum of payments law – from virtual asset and electronic money fintechs to high value interbank clearing and settlement through SWIFT and other systemically important financial markets infrastructure; financial regulation; and governance.
