David Crossley
David is a partner in the CMS UK Real Estate Team.
He specialises in all aspects of commercial real estate work with a particular emphasis on investment, development and financing projects. He acts for a broad range of investors and developers with a particular emphasis on South East Asian investors into the London office market and also the logistics sector.

- MEAG, the asset management arm of Munich Re, on its acquisition of a 50% interest in Fen Court, London EC3 and joint venture with Generali Real Estate.
- Sun Venture on its acquisitions of One New Oxford Street, London W1 and 1 and 2 New Ludgate, London EC4.
- City Developments of Singapore on its acquisition of Aldgate House, London EC1.
- Union Investment on its acquisitions of 55 Colmore Row, Birmingham; One Snowhill, Birmingham; the Copyright Building, London W1; and the buy-out of its joint venture with Oxford Properties in relation to Watermark Place, London EC4.
- ATCO Power Generation on the corporate sale of Barking Power Station to the City of London Corporation.
- SEGRO on all aspects of its East Plus partnership with the GLA to redevelop a portfolio comprising 86 acres of industrial land in east London.
- SEGRO on numerous acquisitions including, most recently, of the Belvedere Estate, Erith; Access 23, Croydon; and the Bath Road, Slough office portfolio.
