Stephen was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2010 and to that of England and Wales in 2019. He practises mainly in commercial and employment law and has over ten years’ experience in representing Irish and international clients across various areas of practice and multiple courts and tribunals. Particular areas in which he has advised and advocated include intellectual property and sports law, whistleblowing, construction law and judicial review. His practice covers a wide spectrum of advisory work, drafting and advocacy, and he acts regularly for a diverse range of clients, from individual shareholders to government departments, company directors to multinational technology enterprises.
