Martha works on a variety of complex cross-border matters across a range of sectors, including energy, construction, property and technology. She acts for private individuals, trustees, companies and States. Her practice focuses on investment treaty arbitration, international commercial arbitration and public international law. She also has experience in public inquiries, insolvency, commercial disputes and non-contentious commercial matters.

Martha completed her training contract at Withers LLP in London, where she gained experience in the business/charity, rural real estate, litigation and arbitration, and family departments.
