Caroline is the partner in charge of the Employment Department of Grant Thornton France law firm.
Since she joined Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats in June 2019, the practice has enjoyed a solid reputation and visibility in the market. Caroline has been ranked as Next Generation Partners in Legal500 EMEA – Employment 2023 rankings, for the third consecutive year.
Caroline was Member of the Paris Bar Council (2015-2017).
 
Education
She studied at the University Paris 2 in Labour law. She was valedictorian of her graduating class at ESSEC Business School in HR Management, and she is member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar.
 
Experience
Caroline assists and advises French and international clients in all aspects of Employment law as well as in their day-to-day labour management issues.
 
She has a specific expertise in Employment law and HR advisory in business projects and change management. She is regularly involved in M&A transactions, restructuration and reorganisations, both in France and cross-border, advising clients pre and post integration, in particular due diligence, transfer, redundancy, social status harmonisation, people change and industrial relations management.
 
For several years, Caroline has also a strong expertise in litigation (civil, administrative and criminal court).
 
Industry experiences
Caroline advises domestic and multinational companies and group in various sectors since 2005, including banking & finance, IT and new technology, manufacturing, transportation, mutuality, health and biotech industry, luxury, hotel & catering, video games, motorway and mobility services.
