Robert Dedman

Rob Dedman, former Head of Enforcement at the Bank of England / Prudential Regulation Authority, is a partner in the financial services and products team at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. He helps clients across the industry respond to significant issues arising in their businesses, including conducting internal investigations and reviews, managing relationships with regulators and representing firms and individuals dealing with regulatory investigations. Rob is also routinely called upon to advise clients on the extent to which their governance and compliance arrangements reflect regulatory expectations and industry best practice.
