Kim is an experienced pensions lawyer who has been advising both trustee and employers on all aspects of pensions law for more than a decade. She has particular experience in contentious pensions matters, having spent a significant proportion of her career acting for claimants in High Court proceedings (including rectification, construction and professional negligence claims) and supporting clients with other pensions related disputes.

Kim now works as a professional support lawyer, supporting the Shoosmiths pensions team and its clients on technical pensions matters, legal updates, training sessions, events, podcasts and more.
