Maria Delyfer

Maria is a corporate solicitor with over 10 years corporate experience, gained in private practice and in-house. Maria trained and qualified in the corporate department at Nabarro where she worked on a variety of private company transactions. Maria then worked in-house for an investment group in the PFI sector where she worked on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including domestic and international joint ventures and M&As and a broad range of general corporate, bidding and commercial matters.
