He has been a solicitor and partner for 20 years at some of the largest and most reputable law firms in the UK and has worked for FTSE 100 clients, well known SMEs and high profile individuals. He has been ranked as one of the top 40 Technology lawyers in the UK every year from 2010 ' 2015 in the Who's Who of Technology Lawyers.

Jimmy has been a Member of SCL, TIPLO, ITMA, Intellect and many other technology and intellectual property law professional organisations for more than a decade.

He has also published articles in numerous legal and academic publications and is a published author of textbooks on IP&IT law. Jimmy has been a presenter on Law Channel TV and has been a visiting law lecturer at the University of London from 2003 onwards.
