Mandip advises stakeholders in stressed/distressed situations including options analysis and strategic advice and restructurings and work-outs whether consensual or non-consensual. Mandip has worked on situations involving the use of company voluntary arrangements, schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans and has advised on multi-jurisdictional high-profile situations across Europe, Asia, and the United States.
Mandip counsels on both the debtor and creditor side, representing debtors, financial institutions, credit funds, and other financial stakeholders. Mandip works across a broad range of sectors including aviation, real estate, energy and infrastructure, retail, and healthcare.
Mandip also advises on distressed M&A transactions and is experienced at advising insolvency practitioners on complex insolvencies.
