Alice specialises in commercial transactions relating to intellectual property and information technology. She has advised clients in a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in advising consumer-facing clients. She has assisted and advised clients on the drafting, negotiation and interpretation of a variety of commercial arrangements, including in relation to e-commerce, media rights and services, the development and exploitation of intellectual property and technology procurement, development and licensing.
