Sarah Hamilton
Sarah has a background in Intellectual Property and worked for a number of years at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (BCLP), managing trade mark portfolios for clients, advising on the IP aspects of corporate transactions, and drafting licences and assignments of IP. After working as a consultant solicitor for Stephenson Harwood LLP, she moved to the insurance technology division of global insurer WTW, where she expanded her practice into technology contracts, working on a wide variety of cloud and software contracts and providing advice on issues such as open source software licensing. She currently focuses on the legal issues relating to the procurement and regulation of new technologies, particularly AI, as well as those relating to core technology sourcing.
