Stephanie Forrest helps clients resolve complex cross-border disputes across a broad range of industries and practice areas, both in court and through arbitration and mediation. She has a diverse portfolio of high-stakes disputes, including class/group actions, ESG litigation, post-M&A, shareholder and joint venture matters, and complex commercial and contentious regulatory matters.

Ms. Forrest’s clients are global in nature, and she regularly helps them navigate the various legal, commercial, and reputational risks that they may face in the various jurisdictions they operate in. She frequently assists corporate executives and boards in developing and implementing litigation strategy as well as ESG and business and human rights management strategies.

Ms. Forrest is widely recognized for her extensive arbitration experience (including by Chambers and The Legal 500). She has represented clients in numerous international investment treaty and commercial arbitrations in common and civil law jurisdictions worldwide, under the auspices of the world’s leading institutions and on an ad hoc basis. Ms. Forrest accepts arbitrator appointments and regularly speaks and publishes on topical issues in international arbitration.
