Stephanie advises on the negotiation and preparation of various types of commercial agreements, such as contracts for the sale or supply of products and services, distribution and agency contracts, franchise contracts, license contracts, joint venture agreements, and others, with special focus on industries such as pharmaceutical, medical equipment and devices, financial services, entertainment, textile, and food & beverage.
By participating in transnational operations, she has developed extensive experience in coordinating legal teams from other jurisdictions and in the legal definition of different types of international transactions. Similarly, she actively participates in advising our clients in matters of negotiation and resolution of international conflicts and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
