Fiona has over 25 years' experience of complex commercial & technology transactions in transformational projects. She specialises in payments, AI, fintech and strategic collaboration agreements. Her practice focuses on navigating clients through significant disruption, business transformation, and strategic risk management particularly at the intersection of regulation and technology.
Fiona advises clients across diverse sectors and regions including governments, financial institutions, retailers and OEMs. She also acts for clients undertaking complex business process outsourcings (back & middle office), platform integration, facilities management, global administrative services, supplier management, complex technological arrangements, contractual partnerships and operational resilience.
Fiona also regularly advises clients on a wide range of traditional and alternative payment solutions, payment aggregation & merchant acquiry.
