Nigel Doran

Nigel Doran is a consultant at Macfarlanes LLP and a member of its tax group. He joined the firm in 1982 and became a partner in 1988. From 2009 to 2012, he was an anti-avoidance adviser at HMRC, where he was involved in a wide range of investigation and policy work. He re-joined Macfarlanes LLP as a consultant in May 2012. He now provides technical support to the tax group as well as advising on corporate and international taxation and dispute resolution.
