Sarah Carter

Sarah is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance and company law. She qualified at Clifford Chance and spent several years in their transactional private equity team, before moving to Travers Smith. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Sarah worked in house at a FTSE 100 business, where she led the corporate, M&A, finance, pensions and IP legal teams and, most recently, was head of the company secretarial function.
