A leveraged finance lawyer with many decades of experience, Susan advises on the financing aspects of private acquisition and public bid leveraged finance transactions, corporate acquisitions and refinancings.

Her experience spans both domestic and cross-border deals and encompasses traditional syndicated loans as well as direct lending structures, such as unitranche facilities. 

In addition to transactional support, Susan is responsible for the leveraged finance team's documentation and training and was one of the leads of Hogan Lovells’ LIBOR transition taskforce. 

Susan is also a member of the consulting editorial board for JIBFL.
