Katie Duffield

Katie is a Partner in the Infrastructure and Project Finance team within the Banking and Finance Group at CMS in London. Katie advises on infrastructure, energy and project financing transactions advising financial institutions, corporate sponsors, borrowers and contractors across a variety of different sectors including accommodation, defence, education, energy and power, health, railways and rolling stock, renewables, roads, telecoms, utility and waste infrastructure. Some of Katie's PFI/PPP transactions include advising the project company on the PF2 financing of the Yorkshire batch of the Priority Schools Building Programme, advising the funders to the Dumfries & Galloway Acute Services Redevelopment Project, advising the senior creditors to the National Air Traffic Services PPP Project, and advising on the refinancing of several NHS LIFT projects.
