Marcin Antczak
Marcin Antczak is an attorney at law with Schoenherr since 2013. Marcin's main areas of practice are Banking, Finance & Capital Markets, Securities & Insolvency. Marcin also provides advice for private equity and venture capital firms. He has participated in a number of domestic and cross-border loan transactions, including project finance and acquisition finance transactions, structuring and drafting loan and security documentation. Prior to joining Schoenherr Marcin worked for more than six years at Warsaw offices of two major international law firms. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also graduated from the Center for American Law Studies, a joint initiative of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the Warsaw University.
