Michelle is an Irish qualified solicitor with high quality and diverse private practice and in-house experience.
 
Michelle trained at Matheson and spent a further three years in the firm’s tax department.
 
She then spent six years in the National Asset Management Agency (“NAMA”) in a broad General Counsel role, which involved advising on high profile, multi-jurisdictional litigation, debt settlements requiring the restructuring of complex corporate arrangements and significant asset and loan sales.
 
Michelle has since worked for a busy Irish retail operation, a boutique law firm specialising in commercial contracts and as a consultant with Johnson Hana. During her time with Johnson Hana, she was involved in a data protection contract remediation project for a major technology company and spent almost two years in the EMEA IP & technology law group at one of America’s largest banks.
 
At LexisNexis, Michelle is responsible for the creation and maintenance of practical and insightful Irish law guidance for legal practitioners across key practice areas.
