Glen is a barrister specialising in IP litigation and more broadly EU litigation. He is the author of Gibbons on Trade Marks Law (3rd ed, Clarus Press) and has appeared in many of the principal IP cases in Ireland over the past two decades as well as wider IP disputes before the Irish Intellectual Property Office, the EUIPO and the EU General Court.
 
Glen holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge together with a B.A. (Economics and Legal Science) and LL.B. from the University of Galway. He is an Adjunct Asst Professor in IP Law at Trinity College Dublin lecturing “IP Remedies and Sanctions”.
 
Glen is also a member of the Bar of England and Wales and an accredited mediator (CEDR). He was appointed to the Inner Bar in 2022.
