Charles Edwards is a first-class Barrister with a broad commercial practise and has expertise in construction and engineering, construction adjudication, commercial litigation, arbitration and ADR, property, planning, commercial, insolvency and professional negligence.
Charles is an extremely bright, confident and fearless Barrister with a fine eye for detail and technically brilliant. Charles has extensive legal experience in drafting and providing robust representation in complex matters involving construction, chancery and commercial disputes.
He is an excellent advocate and provides robust representation in writing and verbally in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, Arbitration, Mediation, Construction Adjudication and the Land Tribunal. His practice is predominately UK based, however, he has also advised and represented international clients with large-scale projects.
Charles is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and King's College London.
