Tunji Emanuel

Tunji is a corporate lawyer with over 11 years’ experience. He has a broad range of experience in private M&A, public company takeovers, equity capital markets, private equity transactions and general corporate matters. Tunji qualified at Slaughter and May where he worked for a number of years before moving to Latham & Watkins. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Tunji worked in-house as the Interim General Counsel of Greencoat Capital LLP and the General Counsel of Apis Partners LLP.
