Beverley Flynn

Beverley, Partner, joined Stevens & Bolton LLP from City firm Hogan Lovells, having also worked internationally. Beverley read law at both King's College, London and Passau University, Germany. She has experience of working in-house on secondment on a number of occasions.

Beverley specialises in commercial and technology law, with particular focus on major contracts and commercial advisory work. She has significant experience in advising on strategic alliances, IT, ecommerce related matters. These include manufacturing, software, services, standard terms, franchising, sponsorship, commercial agency, distribution, outsourcing, renewable energy and advertising and copy clearance.

She leads the firm's data protection practice advising on cookies, international transfers, data protection policies and subject access requests and other data issues such as freedom of information issues.

Beverley speaks at numerous seminars and provides in-house legal training and is a member of the Society for Computers and Law, the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Data Protection Forum.

Beverley is an expert on the panel of New Law Journal. She is a member of the Society for Computers and Law (SCL).
