Suzy Giele

Suzy qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has specialised in employee share incentives since 1998, during which time she has worked at Garretts, Allen & Overy and Olswang. Suzy has acted for a wide range of clients in relation to their employee share schemes and executive pay, from large listed companies and multinationals to start-ups and individuals. Her advice has related to the design and ongoing operation of employee share incentives, bonus arrangements and employee benefit trusts, as well as share incentives issues arising on all forms of corporate transaction.
