Cezar Gusu
Cezar Gusu has an experience of 16 years. His practice focuses on banking, corporate acquisitions and structuring, fiduciary arrangements, tax optimization schemes and commercial agreements. Cezar graduated from the Bucharest University Faculty of Law in 2000 and holds a diploma from the Romanian Banking Institute in financial management. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar since December 2000 and a practitioner in insolvency since 2011. He was a partner for one of the largest law firms in Romania and coordinated many of the largest projects in the activity of the respective national law firm, mainly in the banking and M&A area, but also restructuring processes and media & advertising.
