He has a proven track record of successful cases against NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers and medical care provided by the Ministry of Defence. His experience ranges from cases involving those of minor injuries to severe cases where Claimants have been left disabled, such as those involving birth injuries. Mark has also achieved settlements for Claimant's classed as 'Protected Persons', requiring approval of the Court.
