Mark Havenhand

Mark specialises in all areas of clinical negligence, including orthopaedic medicine, surgical claims, obstetrics and gynaecology, urology and neurology. He has a proven track record of successful cases against NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers and medical care provided by the Ministry of Defence. His experience ranges from cases involving those of minor injuries to severe cases where Claimants have been left disabled, such as those involving birth injuries. Mark has also achieved settlements for Claimant's classed as 'Protected Persons', requiring approval of the Court. Mark is a regular contributor to Medico-Legal Journals and publishing case reports and he is on the Law Society's Accredited Panel for Clinical Negligence.
