Jen Hawkins

Jen is a solicitor specialising in planning law. She has experience in relation to a range of planning topics, including: the planning application procedure under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990; environmental impact assessments; section 106 agreements; highways; compulsory purchase; inquiries; judicial review; localism; planning policy; and development consent orders for major infrastructure projects. Before joining Lexis®PSL, Jen worked at Ashurst, Bevan Brittan and CMS Cameron McKenna as an associate in the Planning team. She has written for a variety of legal publications, including the Environmentalist, New Law Journal, Utilities Week, Planning Resource and The Lawyer.
