James Hayden

James is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years’ experience as a general corporate practitioner at several major firms in London. Having trained at Eversheds, James joined the London office of US firm Morgan Lewis, before later moving on to Denton Wilde Sapte (now Dentons). His broad experience has included domestic and international private M&A, joint ventures, takeovers, IPOs, financing and general corporate advisory work for public and private companies.
