Grainne Hennessy

Grainne is a partner in the Arthur Cox Finance Group. She was the first female equity partner in Arthur Cox, and also served as the first female Department Head for seven years. She is also one of the firm's Diversity Partners. She focuses on corporate and syndicate financing, as well as real estate finance and construction. She advises a wide range of financial institutions and borrowers with respect to syndications, secured and unsecured real estate finance, asset and share financing, tax based lending, leasing transactions, construction finance, invoice discounting facilities and lending to QIAIFs, ICAVs and REITs. In both Chambers Europe 2019, and Chambers Global 2019, she is ranked as a Star Individual and is the only Banking and Finance Lawyer in Ireland with this ranking.
