Cathryn Hopkins

Cathryn specialises in commercial, media and public law dispute resolution for clients across a variety of sectors including technology, telecoms, media, life sciences, engineering and retail. As well as experience in conducting litigation, arbitration and mediations, Cathryn has experience in providing pre-litigation strategic advice to clients. Examples of recent work include breach of contract, judicial review, data breach crisis management and breach of privacy. Having spent time working in rights licensing in the broadcast and technology sectors, Cathryn joined the firm as a trainee in 2009 and qualified into the Com Lit Group in 2011.
