Theo Huckle, KC
Theo Huckle QC was the Counsel General for Wales during 2011-2016 and in 2012 was elected a Bencher of Lincoln's Inn. He was appointed a Visiting Professor of Law at King's College London in 2016.
During his term of office as a Law Officer he maintained his busy complex PI/Clinical, Public and common law practice with the agreement of the First Minister of Wales, and is now pleased to be developing his legal interests further as a member of DSC. His time as a Law Officer has given Theo a highly strategic approach to complex dispute resolution.
He has recently taken over as General Editor of the Butterworth's' Personal Injury Litigation Service (having previously edited Division I) and has been a regular contributor to Munkman on Employer's Liability. He wrote Butterworth's' original practice manual on the new system for Periodical Payments.
