Bakhodir Jabborov

Bakhodir Jabborov is a Managing Partner and Director at Grata Law Firm's Uzbekistan office with focus on natural resources industry. Bakhodir has joined Grata Law Firm in 2008 with expertise and focus in natural resources and mergers and acquisitions.

Bakhodir has considerable knowledge and experience in areas of natural resources and infrastructure development. Bakhodir has acted for leading global multinational companies advising on a variety of regulatory issues pertaining to natural resources, equity investment and other similar matters from the perspective of Uzbek law. His current workload also includes subsoil law, with particular emphasis on mining, oil and gas upstream/downstream operations, and M&A transactions.

Prior to his career as a legal consultant in our law firm Bakhodir had worked for eight years for a leading multinational gold mining company, as their chief in-house counsel in Uzbekistan.
