Alexander specialises in IPOs and secondary issues on both the Main Market and AIM, acting for a range of investment banks and companies. Alexander also has considerable experience in corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and takeovers, which includes reverse takeovers.

Alexander's practice is particularly international and includes a wealth of experience in advising energy and natural resources companies; Chambers UK 2012 has rated Alexander in Band 3 within its Energy & Natural Resources: Mining category.

Alexander has a particular focus on the mining sector and is Head of Mining in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner's corporate finance group
