Daniel is a specialist property disputes solicitor. He qualified in 2003 and spent several years in the property litigation group at Dentons, becoming a partner in 2012. He later became national head of property litigation at Blake Morgan. 

Daniel specialises in commercial property disputes including landlord and tenant, real property disputes and corporate insolvency. He holds Higher Rights of Audience, is co-author of the book 'Landlords' Consents - a practical guide' and was noted for several years in the Legal 500 guide.

He was appointed as a judge of the First-tier Tribunal in 2019 and is also authorised to sit as a judge in the County Court.
