Daniel is a specialist property disputes solicitor. Qualified in 2003, he became a partner in the property litigation group at Dentons, and was national head of property litigation at Blake Morgan. 
 
Daniel specialises in commercial property disputes including landlord and tenant, real property disputes and corporate insolvency. He holds Higher Rights of Audience, is co-author of the book 'Landlords' Consents - a practical guide' and was noted for several years in the Legal 500 guide.
 
He sits as a judge in the First-tier Tribunal and in the County Court, and as a Recorder in the Crown Court.
