Stephen Leslie
Stephen leads the Lexis®PSL Restructuring & Insolvency team.
Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined the Restructuring & Insolvency team at Lexis®PSL in September 2014 from Shoosmiths LLP, where he was a senior associate in the restructuring and insolvency team.
Primarily focused on contentious and advisory insolvency work (dealing with both corporate and personal insolvency matters), Stephen’s experience includes advising office-holders on a wide range of issues, including appointments, the recovery and realisation of assets (including antecedent transaction claims and other claims against directors and third parties), and undertaking investigations into the affairs of insolvent companies and bankrupts. Stephen’s experience also includes advising creditors in respect of the impact on them of insolvent/distressed debtors and counterparties.
Stephen is also a lay member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales’s Insolvency Licensing Committee.
