Angharad Lynn
Angharad is a Partner in the Private Client team at Veale Wasbrough Vizards in London.
Angharad specialises in the full range of private client work including Wills, trusts and estate administration. She also advises in relation to inheritance tax planning, drafts Lasting Powers of Attorney and makes applications to the Court of Protection. Angharad's clients range from those who have inherited wealth, to entrepreneurs and successful professionals.
Angharad also works closely with our Family Business team advising business owners about succession planning and taxation issues.
Prior to training as a solicitor Angharad was a national newspaper journalist and contributed to a number of publications including the Daily Telegraph, the Sunday Times and the Mail on Sunday. She specialised in writing on personal finance, which has been a useful background to her legal career. She continues to contribute to a number of publications, including the Your Questions section of the Financial Times.
Angharad has a particular interest in cross-border estates and the European Succession regulation. She is a keen linguist, and speaks and writes French fluently and has good Italian. She enjoys the chance to use her language skills in her work.
Angharad is an full member of TEP and a member of the Private Client section of the Law Society. She also lectures for MBL Seminars on aspects of Private Client law.
